Watch the two clips included below. They are two examples of weather forecasts from a very famous TV station in Italy: sky.it (you can click here to access the site in live time for more examples).

Follow some simple strategies to understand what these forecasts say:
- Listen along the first time to catch a few words you know. Write the words down.
- Listen a second time and focus on one part of the forecast - stop and replay that segment to see if you can hear a few more words around it.
- Review the file attached to the clips with a summary of the content of the forecasts. This will be in English and in Italian.
- Listen once more and notice more meanings you can now catch.
- Then complete the listening comprehension and the practice review quiz at the end of this page. Keep your focus - if you get tired of the task, review another page and come back.
